As any place frequented by tourists, Hurghada also boasts some of the most vivid nightlife in Egypt with plenty of discos, clubs and bars, where you can spend great time (and of course money) enjoying live bands’ performances or best djs’ mixes playing; trying local shisha and/or sipping cocktails.
The most popular bars are: Papas Bars and Ministry of Sound Bar. You may also visit Ministry of Sound Beach and Calipso, if you want to dance all night long.
If you decide to have a meal somewhere outside your hotels, you may be actually stunned by the variety of the dinning places in the downtown. Most of them offer not local, “digestable” and tasty dishes. But if you are adventurous enough, you may try the spicy taste of Egyptian food, there are lots of snackbars offering local dishes. (Remember to bargain there).

There are plenty of hotels and resorts with world-class amenities catering great service, food and conditions. You may choose among 3, 4, 5 stars Hurghada hotels and resorts with private beaches, diving centers, restaurants and other facilities. If you take the all-inclusive package, of course, you will have lots of benefits (main of which is free bottled water during the whole vacation) and the only drawback is that you will not have any desire to leave the hotel and explore the city.
Some of the resorts and hotels located in the downtown are Le Pacha and Hurghada Seagull Hotel and Resort.
 Hurghada Seagull Hotel and Resort boasts two private beaches with all the necessary amenities providing you a laid-back vacation. But if relaxed atmosphere is not what you seek, there are plenty of activities that you may take part in, and be sure that you will not miss the one, as the animators are walking the beach to and fro offering all the vacationers to play football, volleyball, darts, squash, to learn belly dance, go for aqua gymnastics and many more. Those who came with children may easily let them go into the Kids Club, where they will have an interesting and active day on the beach.
Hotel also offers great full service, tasty meals at the restaurants, room service, hotel bar with live music and 10 p.m. performances showing various plays and scenes from the Egyptian history.
